Snow Khudaks

The Snow Khudaks exist in the far north of the Reveian Continent, inhabiting the mountains and caves of the former dark lords who ruled there. They are far more savage than their counterparts in the jungle or desert, yet practice a more civilized form of warfare known for its competence in engineering. Great machines of war, from battering rams to great catapults, have been a mainstay in Snow Khudak history. These Khudaks differ mainly in their refusal to integrate with the Reveians, opting instead to continue raiding their settlements and repay them for the sins of the past. Khudak warlords citing old tales of their tribes being destroyed by greedy Reveian Kings have often driven the Snow Khudaks to frivolous incursions and attacks, and often to their own demise. Still, some have pierced the interior of the Empire, and have proved a problem for the Imperial Government attempting to control its domestic affairs.
